<p>The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by handling materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely distribution of equipment and supplies for telecommunications construction projects. This role plays a key part in supporting field crews working on fiber, aerial, and underground builds.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and equipment </li><li>Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery to job sites </li><li>Load and unload trucks using proper safety procedures </li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts </li><li>Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse and yard </li><li>Track and manage telecom materials such as fiber cable, conduit, handholes, and tools </li><li>Assist with deliveries and coordinate with field crews as needed </li><li>Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (if certified) </li><li>Follow all company safety policies and procedures </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or construction experience preferred </li><li>Experience with telecom or construction materials is a plus </li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day </li><li>Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments </li><li>Basic computer skills for inventory tracking </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills </li><li>Valid driver's license required </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Forklift certification </li><li>CDL (Class A or B) is a plus </li><li>Experience supporting fiber optic or utility construction projects </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Combination of warehouse and outdoor yard work </li><li>Exposure to various weather conditions </li><li>Fast-paced, team-oriented environment supporting active construction projects </li></ul>
