<p>Thank you for considering a career at Mercy Health!</p> <p>Scheduled Weekly Hours:</p> <p>40</p> <p>Work Shift:</p> <p>Days (United States of America)</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Help Me Grow Home Visitor in Lucas County provides home visitation services to expectant moms and families with young children that cultivate and strengthen nurturing parent-child relationships, promote healthy childhood growth and development, and enhance family functioning by reducing risk and building protective factors. Administers developmental assessment tools and screenings to monitor progress of child health and development. Provides information, referrals, and linkages to available community resources.
