<p>Personal Lines Account Manager</p> <p>R&R Insurance - Waukesha, WI</p> <p>Are you a Personal Lines professional who enjoys building relationships, managing a book of business, and helping clients truly understand their coverage?</p> <p>R&R Insurance is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role where you'll manage your own book of business, support renewals, and serve as a trusted resource for clients navigating their insurance needs.</p> <p>You'll play a key role in delivering the high-touch service experience R&R is known for while continuing to grow your technical expertise and industry knowledge.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Manage and service a personal lines book of business, building strong client relationships </li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, coverage reviews, and policy changes </li><li>Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and applications with carrier partners </li><li>Review policies with clients and proactively identify coverage gaps or additional needs </li><li>Support the renewal process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client goals </li><li>Quote new business and remarket accounts as needed </li><li>Collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal team members to deliver solutions </li><li>Maintain strong organization and follow-through across tasks and client requests </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment </li><li>Experience: 3+ years of insurance agency or carrier experience, ideally in personal lines and a client-facing role </li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with agency management systems (AMS360, EPIC, etc.) is a plus </li><li>Communication: Clear, professional communication with strong client-facing presence </li><li>Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail </li><li>Problem Solving: Comfortable navigating client needs, resolving issues, and knowing when to leverage additional resources </li><li>Team Mindset: Collaborative approach with a willingness to support team success </li></ul> <p>Why Join R&R Insurance?</p> <p>We're a family-led, fiercely independent agency that's been serving clients since 1975.
