<p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and optimize daily shift operations across production, planning, and shipping </li><li>Drive performance to meet or exceed safety, quality, and production goals </li><li>Identify operational inefficiencies and implement proactive solutions </li><li>Adjust staffing, workflows, and priorities to maintain consistent output </li><li>Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE and company policies </li><li>Partner cross-functionally with planning, maintenance, quality, and logistics </li></ul> <p>Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Monitor production data, inventory levels, and shipping metrics to support decision-making </li><li>Lead shift meetings to communicate priorities, expectations, and performance updates </li><li>Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to performance standards </li><li>Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and waste reduction </li><li>Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and production systems </li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Education and Qualification</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required </li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment </li><li>Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred </li><li>Experience with production processes, inventory control, and shipping operations </li><li>Forklift certification preferred </li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to work with computer-controlled equipment and production systems </li><li>Ability to work overtime and varying shifts as needed </li><li>Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment </li><li>Travel less than 10% </li></ul> <p>Veterans Welcome</p> <ul> <li>At NOV Fiberglass Systems, we value the dedication, discipline, and skills that military veterans bring to the workforce.
