Salary + Commission</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>Responsible for coordinating the selection and sales process along with building and maintaining customer relationships.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain positive customer relationships </li><li>Conducts sales to outside retail customers, B2B sales and area realtors. </li><li>Determine customers needs and match appropriately with our products </li><li>Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services </li><li>Take measurements for installation </li><li>Receive and process payments according to Rite Rug procedures </li><li>Follow up to ensure that the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction </li><li>Develop a thorough knowledge of all flooring products </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>Flooring Experience is a Plus!</p> </li><li> <p>Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a company vehicle.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be a self-starter and a people person.</p> </li><li> <p>Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.</p> </li><li> <p>Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Be able to work independently and problem solve.</p> </li><li> <p>Be comfortable working with and learning computer systems</p> </li><li> <p>Must be eager to learn and to grow!</p> </li></ol> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ol> <li>Experience using Measure Square or RFMS Measure software. </li></ol> <p>This position will offer a base salary plus commission structure and training will be provided.</p> <p>#ZR</p>
