This role involves overseeing clinical service delivery, supporting student learning, and ensuring practices are evidence-based and aligned with university and ASHA standards.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and mentor graduate students during diagnostic and therapy sessions. </li><li>Provide direct clinical services as needed. </li><li>Monitor clinical documentation and adherence to clinic policies and professional standards. </li><li>Offer constructive feedback and performance evaluations. </li><li>Collaborate with faculty and staff to support clinical education goals. </li><li>Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and case discussions. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications Required:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. </li><li>CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA. </li><li>NJ State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility). </li><li>Minimum 5 years of clinical experience. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with diverse client populations across the lifespan. </li><li>Familiarity with university clinic settings and ASHA certification standards. </li></ul> <p>PROCEDURE FOR CANDIDACY</p> <p>Applicants should include a resume and cover letter describing how their background, skills and education match the needs of the University.
