<p>Engineer II/III - Project Manager for Coastal Program & Project Management</p> <p>The position may be classified as an Engineer II or Engineer III depending on qualifications and experience of the selected applicant.</p> <p>The selected candidate will work in the Coastal Engineering Division in the Department of Public Works. The individual will perform a variety of duties of a complex nature related to coastal, dredging and civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in coastal engineering disciplines with demonstrated project management experience in major infrastructure projects, permitting, and construction. Candidates must be adept at working on multiple projects. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must. Coordination with other City Departments, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and project stakeholders is expected.
