<p>SUMMARY: Completes daily maintenance duties for entire property.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Sets up and tears down concerts, meetings, etc in convention center. </li><li>Responsible for snow removal on property. </li><li>Daily maintenance duties for casino and hotel as directed by supervisor or manager. </li><li>Communicating maintenance needs to supervisor or manager. </li><li>Repair of kitchen equipment, property structures as advised by manager. </li></ul> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>None</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
