The team operates across two core pillars-Investment Product & Platform and Investment Product Commercialization-and partners closely with Investments, Technology, Marketing, and Sales to drive strategic growth.</p> <p>The Analyst role sits within the Investment Product & Platform pillar and is focused on SEI's Managed Accounts business. This role supports initiatives to strengthen and scale the existing platform, develop new offerings, and execute strategic priorities that accelerate growth. SEI's Managed Account offering provides clients access to separately managed accounts (SMAs), model portfolios, and tax-managed investment solutions.</p> <p>This position provides broad exposure to investment products while working closely with key internal stakeholders and external industry partners and provides an opportunity for someone early in their career to build foundational knowledge and grow within the investment product space.</p> <p>This position reports to the Co-Head of Managed Accounts.</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support the planning and execution of investment product initiatives, including maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, and proactively identifying risks and dependencies</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with internal teams to support enhancements to existing products and the development of new offerings</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and support cross-functional meetings by setting clear agendas, facilitating discussions, and driving follow-ups to ensure accountability</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a primary point of contact for partner firms, assisting with due diligence activities and coordinating issue resolution</p> </li><li> <p>Research market trends and competitor offerings, analyze data, and deliver insights that inform product strategy and positioning</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Need from You</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (advanced degree, CFA, or progress toward designation is a plus)</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; exposure to managed accounts and/or advisory platforms preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Foundational understanding of investment products, including SMAs, model portfolios, mutual funds, and ETFs</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated proficiency in Excel</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Would Like From You</p> <ul> <li> <p>Intellectual curiosity, strong critical thinking, and attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems collaboratively</p> </li><li> <p>Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to use data and sound judgment to support strategic decision-making</p> </li></ul> <p>SEI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and so much more…</p> <p>After over 50 years in business, SEI remains a leading global provider of investment processing, investment management, and investment operations solutions.
