<p>WSP is currently initiating a search for a Project Coordinator for our Lambert Airport Program Management.</p> <p>This Opportunity</p> <p>Be involved in Lambert Airport program and related projects and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges.</p> <p>Your Impact</p> <ul> <li>Focus on helping our projects meet Key Performance Indicators and contribute to the overall success of the Lambert Airport Program. </li><li>Support Project Management with contract administration. </li><li>Guide and coordinate staff and assist in project management responsibilities, including oversight of project financial performance, adherence to project management and quality control plans. </li><li>Assist in the management and coordination of enabling and related program projects. </li><li>Work with Project Management to obtain data needed to complete agreements. </li><li>Prepares project related reports and analysis. </li><li>Assist with document controls in support of the project execution. </li><li>Coordinate and assist with organizing program and team meetings. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma </li><li>7+ years of project coordination experience within an engineering field </li><li>Detail oriented, highly organized, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to work with virtual team members in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. </li><li>Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. </li><li>Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. </li><li>Demonstrated creativity, foresight and mature engineering judgment, and successfully managing multiple projects/assignments. </li><li>Experience managing and reviewing project deliverables including planning and design documents, project reports, cost estimates, scopes of work, proposals, etc. </li></ul> <p>#LI-SM1</p>
