We offer a warm, caring work environment with excellent work-life balance.</p> <p>Position: Registration Scheduler</p> <p>Job Description: Under the direct supervision of the Office Manager, Milford Regional Physician Group's Registration Scheduler is responsible for greeting patients in an outpatient physician office, answering a multi-line phone system, patient registration, appointment scheduling, patient referrals, co-pay/collections, as well as scanning and cash reconciliation, all while using a robust electronic medical record system. This position also handles a component of surgical scheduling within the office.</p> <p>Qualifications and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Experience: Proven experience working with various computer systems required. Strong, demonstrated customer service experience required. </li><li>Preferred skills: Medical terminology and previous medical office experience strongly preferred.
