Provide care and services in keeping with performance expectations, agency and National Hospice/Palliative Care Standards, and state regulatory requirements.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an NLN accredited school of Practical Nursing is required. </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of I.V. pump and central line maintenance is preferred. </li><li>Proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database and electronic records programs is preferred. </li><li>One (1) year of recent hospital, Medical/surgical or other relevant nursing experience is required. </li><li>Experience in Hospice and or Palliative Care preferred. </li><li>Current LPN Licensure in both RI and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. </li><li>BLS & CPR Certification is required. </li><li>Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired </li></ul> <p>Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>USD $31.84 - USD $41.87 /Hr.</p>
