<p>Role Title: Partner Marketing Manager, Microsoft</p> <p>This role can be based out of any of our Slalom Office locations, however, there is a hybrid expectations to be in a Slalom Office.</p> <p>Who You'll Work With</p> <p>You will join Slalom's Global Marketing team and lead our Microsoft partner marketing function, owning go-to-market strategy and execution. In this role, you will play a central role in managing and strengthening our strategic relationship with Microsoft, partnering closely with Microsoft business leaders, solution and partner marketers, and field teams to drive aligned priorities and mutual growth. You will collaborate across Slalom and Microsoft to activate joint initiatives, deepen partner engagement, and accelerate impact across our partner ecosystem. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship management, cross-functional influence, and executional excellence.</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will help grow Slalom's technology partner ecosystem by shaping and delivering integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable impact. You'll work across teams and with Microsoft to develop clear, compelling messaging and bring go-to-market campaigns to life across channels.</p> <p>In this role, you'll create content and experiences that build awareness, generate demand, and accelerate pipeline. You'll also play a key role in planning and executing global partner events, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand and delivers value to our audiences.</p> <p>You're comfortable navigating complexity and change, and you bring people with you-aligning stakeholders, building strong relationships, and collaborating across a broad network. You understand the technology partner landscape and know how to translate strategy into action, with a focus on results.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Develop a comprehensive 12-month strategy for Slalom and Microsoft marketing in conjunction with the Slalom partner teams </li><li>Lead execution of the marketing plan with a focus on maximizing business impact on schedule and within budget. End-to-end management of all partner marketing outputs </li><li>Own relationships with counterpart marketing lead(s) at Microsoft co-developing and executing on joint programming, funding, and external partner-led campaigns </li><li>Work with go-to-market, client, and people teams, along with subject matter experts, to develop scalable programs, content, and resources that enable global execution across key internal and external audiences </li><li>Build and share a calendar of marketing activities for Microsoft partner marketing </li><li>Lead core planning meetings across various groups to establish event strategies and drive alignment against shared objectives and business goals </li><li>Develop and implement email marketing and digital advertising campaigns </li><li>Train end users on how to successfully use content, leverage marketing plans, and easily track success metrics </li><li>Utilize measurement and analytics to deliver event returns against expected business results and performance targets and let those insights inform future campaigns </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft, Slalom's Microsoft business unit, global marketing, and cross-functional teams </li><li>Represent the Slalom culture in a positive light, always working with a customer service attitude </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in partner marketing </li><li>Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field </li><li>Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, with experience executing partner-focused and integrated marketing campaigns (paid and organic), including segmentation, goal setting, and measurement </li><li>Experience developing and executing complex marketing programs and events </li><li>Data-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to drive shared outcomes </li><li>Experience working with Microsoft or other hyperscaler partners preferred </li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Pardot preferred) </li><li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage budgets, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) </li><li>Curious, adaptable, and proactive marketer who thrives under pressure and in dynamic environments </li><li>Must be available to travel 25% </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Manager is $105,000 to $135,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
