Dee Cramer is looking for a Service Dispatcher to support our commercial HVAC service division. This role is the central hub of our service operations, keeping technicians moving, customers informed, and our workflows running smoothly. If you like variety, teamwork, and the satisfaction of keeping things on track, this may be the job for you.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>You'll be the go-to person for coordinating HVAC service support for our customers and dispatching support to our field technicians. Your day will include:</p> <ul> <li>Answering the customer phone line, collecting information on services needed to identify best course of action </li><li>Daily dispatching of technicians to service calls and adjusting schedules as needed </li><li>Reviewing technician work summaries, ensuring all work order details are complete </li><li>Forecasting and scheduling work based on weather, workload, and priorities </li><li>Ordering parts when necessary </li><li>Serve as a liaison between our Account Managers and Field Technicians on status of service work orders </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <p>We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and customer focused.
