<p>Job Purpose</p> <p>Ensures the timely processing of associate expense reports according to policy and the administration of the Cafe PCard program while supporting other AP functions</p> <p>This position is based in our Fenton, MO office, and requires three days a week in office.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Processes Associate expense reports using Workday automated Expense Module and auditing against Policy </li><li>Frontline resource for associate questions relating to T&E Policy, Expense Report Submission & Booking Travel </li><li>Performs testing of Workday Updates, Expense Enhancements and Innovation Projects </li><li>Researches Unused Ticket Reporting and reaches out to associates that have tickets with pending expiration date. </li><li>Oversees day-to-day activities for Hotel Direct Bill accounts including review, acquiring approvals, submitting invoices and monitoring dedicated email inbox. </li><li>Oversees day-to-day activities of Café PCards including receipt audits, field reporting and ordering and mailing new Pcards </li><li>Investigates Fraud alerts or card declines and assists with Password Resets and limit increases </li><li>Serves as backup to Supplier Set Up Specialist and performs secondary review and approvals for banking changes or Epayables set up </li><li>Escalates issues appropriately </li></ul> <p>Qualifications (Education & Experience)</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree a plus </li><li>Previous T&E or PCard experience a plus </li><li>Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy is imperative </li><li>Experience with high volume workloads </li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to develop relationships with suppliers and team members </li><li>Strong customer service and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to work independently with expanding duties and responsibilities </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams </li><li>Experience with Workday or other large ERPs preferred, but not required </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Required travel - 0% </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>While performing this job, the incumbent is regularly required to stand, sit, talk hear & use hands and fingers to operate keyboards </li></ul> <p>Direct Reports</p> <ul> <li>This position will have approximately 0 direct reports. </li></ul> <p>Additional Description :</p>
