Let's make that impact together.</p> <p>This Procurement Counsel role will provide counsel to the ISC and Procurement function within Solstice Advanced Materials. This role will work closely with the General Counsel of Procurement as well as other leaders of the ISC and Legal functions to anticipate and mitigate potential legal, contracts and compliance issues within the organization and develop strategies to drive procurement productivity, avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk tactically and programmatically.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a key member of the Procurement Legal leadership team. </li><li>Develop close partnerships with ISC and Procurement leaders within SAM to support the Law & Contracts strategies and effectively lead cross-functional initiatives. </li><li>Manage the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of various types of commercial contracts to support products and projects business. </li><li>Provide advice on a wide range of supply chain and procurement related legal and business matters to senior leaders in ISC </li><li>Drive continuous improvement on legal and contract processes, templates, and playbooks, etc. </li><li>Manage all supplier litigations and non-litigation supplier claims to minimize risks and maximize recovery, including working with internal and/or external litigation counsels. </li></ul> <p>You Must Have:</p> <ul> <li>Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent </li><li>Bar admission in at least one State of USA </li><li>Exceptional attention to details </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively on teams </li><li>5+ years of professional legal experience with a multi-national corporation and/or law firm, preferably with demonstrated proficiency in drafting and negotiating large scale and complex contracts/projects for multinational companies </li><li>Experience of supporting supply chain operations and procurement transactions </li></ul> <p>We Value:</p> <ul> <li>Acute business - capacity to learn business rapidly and become a business partner. </li><li>Ability to lead and influence at all levels. </li><li>Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, including executive level presentation skills </li><li>Self-confident, with a strong sense of urgency and knowledge of how to overcome obstacles to get things done in a timely fashion </li><li>Proven people leadership skills: skilled at working with individuals and teams to solve problems </li><li>A self-starter who can work efficiently and effectively, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong sense of integrity and ethics </li><li>Aptitude for collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders to lead projects and deliver sound, practical advice to business partners </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <ul> <li>JOB ID: HRD9085920 </li><li>Category: Legal </li><li>Location: 115 Tabor Road,Morris Plains,New Jersey,07950,United States </li><li>Exempt </li><li></li></ul> <p>Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
