Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to make a meaningful impact and drive success in an iconic organization.</p> <p>As a Product Solutions Associate in Healthcare Payments, you are responsible for supporting the sales cycle and contributing to the discovery of potential solutions to clients' needs in collaboration with our Sales, Product Development, and Technical Client teams.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Supports team members to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements and provide value </li><li>Participates in strategic initiatives and coordinates on projects that contribute to the definition and configuration of our product offerings and capabilities </li><li>Coordinates with the team to understand and assess current state, data capabilities, and the delivery of strategic solutions </li><li>Aggregates the data needed to support the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports </li><li>Own the full sales cycle from demo, proposal, to close; this is a new business focused sales role, </li><li>Identify and meet key decision-makers for prospective accounts and introduce best practices associated with use of InstaMed </li><li>Demonstrate a consultative approach to the sale by identifying the prospect's challenges and prescribing the right solution </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise leveraging problem-solving skills on a team within a cluster of products </li><li>Experience aggregating data to support analysis and report building </li><li>Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint </li><li>Understanding of basic analytics tools </li><li>Excellent people skills and proven ability to foster strong relationships </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in a sales, sales development or a client relationship role </li><li>FinTech or Healthcare technology experience a plus </li></ul>
