This position is critical to ensuring that our restaurant operates efficiently and that all guests receive high-quality food and service.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using an automatic dishwasher or by hand </li><li>Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and countertops </li><li>Sweep and mop kitchen floors, remove trash and recycling, and ensure that all areas are clean and organized </li><li>Assist with food preparation, including peeling and chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling food items </li><li>Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low </li><li>Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including wearing gloves, hairnets, and aprons as required </li><li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality requirements </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred </li><li>Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions </li><li>Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time </li><li>Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds </li></ul> <p>Grove Bay Concessions is an E-Verify and equal opportunity employer, you must show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.</p>
