Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining databases.</p> </li><li> <p>Install database management systems and develop procedures for day-to-day maintenance and problem resolution.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform independently and become a subject matter expert.</p> </li><li> <p>Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.</p> </li><li> <p>Expert proficiency in PL/SQL is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Intermediate proficiency in Database Management, Database Activity Monitoring, and Advanced proficiency in Triggers & Stored Procedures are recommended.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database performance and reliability.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor database performance and implement optimizations as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain documentation for database configurations and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues efficiently.</p> </li></ul> <p>Client requires people to work onsite 60% (3 days) and 40% remotely (2 days) per week. Also, 5 days of Time Away are mandated per calendar quarter.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 3 years End to End experience in Data Modeling, Database Design, SQL Development, Data Quality Governance</p> </li><li> <p>High School/GED Diploma</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelors Degree or Associate Degree</p> </li><li> <p>Database Administrator SQL Query and schema Agile Project Management</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
