<p>Location: Novi, MI, United States</p> <p>Share:</p> <p>Quick Apply Now</p> <p>Save Job Saved</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Objective:</p> <p>This position provides the service of installing and performing all maintenance and repairs of diesel and electric air compressors, air dryers, and associated systems.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Performs all first-time (start-up) installations to ensure compatibility with all other equipment to be installed </li><li>Diagnoses and troubleshoots electrical and mechanical problems to ensure the entire compressed air system runs safely and efficiently </li><li>Ensures accuracy and completion of all documentation, including service reports and time keeping </li><li>Monitors and complies with all safety policies, procedures, guidelines, and laws as they pertain to staff and customers within the location </li><li>Ensures all facilities and equipment are in excellent, safe operating condition </li><li>Maintains daily correspondence with staff from all departments within the Company, Customers, Suppliers, and Caterpillar </li></ul> <p>Occasional/Other Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assists with performing services on other industry related systems such as generators, and distribution.
