The MRI Technologist prepares and positions patients, injects patients with contrast media, and selects anatomic and technical parameters accurately to produce cross-sectional images of the body.</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited Radiography program (ARRT) or graduate from American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARM RIT) with an Associate Degree with focus in medical image preferably MRI </li></ul> <p>Licensure, Certification, Registration:</p> <ul> <li>ARRT certification in Radiography OR ARRT MRI or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) required. </li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) </li></ul> <p>With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
