All RFPs must be submitted to client within 72 hours. </li><li>Coordinate and direct awarded work to include subcontractor buyout and management, material procurement, invoice review and approval, and client approval. </li><li>Manage all assigned projects toward the objectives of completion on time, on budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction. </li><li>Ensure knowledge of construction practices, ADA standards, local and state building codes are up to date. </li><li>Communicate timely and effectively with appropriate site-level personnel which could be the Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and or Regional Manager concerning all aspects of the project. </li><li>Inspect all completed work to ensure quality control. </li><li>Ensure a safe working environment is maintained targeting a "Zero Incidents Today" mindset to include conducting and participating in safety meetings and programs. </li><li>Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients. </li><li>Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective subcontractors. </li><li>Review invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance to agreed terms. </li><li>Manage or assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor. </li></ul> <p>Our Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to travel in and around the metro area </li><li>Construction experience required, multi-family preferred </li><li>Highschool Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Experience in NAV, ProCore, or Sage preferred </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required </li><li>Excellent organizational skills </li><li>High sense of urgency </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills </li><li>Excellent customer service skills, including ability to work with a variety of subcontractors </li><li>High integrity </li><li>Authoritative and resourceful decision maker </li><li>Resourceful and creative problem solver </li></ul> <p>CAMP is and EOE, compensation is DOE</p>
