We have immediate openings throughout Massachusetts in addition to this opening.</p> <p>SCHEDULE: Schedule Varies, mostly a combination of second and third shift. Applicant must be flexible</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Carpet Cleaning (extracting, shampooing) </li><li>Stripping, waxing and buffing floors </li><li>Floor restoration work </li><li>Will drive a company vehicle for the duration of shift </li><li>All full-timers meet at our home office in Wrentham, MA prior to the start of each shift </li><li>There is the ability to be promoted as a supervisor, if your work ethic and quality of cleaning is in great standing </li><li>Varying weekly schedule based on customer need </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must have reliable transportation </li><li>Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule. This position require you to work varying shifts and varying days (including weekend) </li><li>5+ year of cleaning experience preferred </li><li>Experience with stripping, waxing, buffing floors is required. </li><li>Experience with carpet care is preferred (extracting, shampooing etc) </li><li>Must have clean driving record and pass motor vehicle check </li><li>Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy </li><li>Successful completion of Background check is required </li><li>Effectively communicate in English </li><li>Meticulous attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>TLC Janitorial offers a generous benefits package for full time employees including competitive salaries, health & dental package and paid time off!</p>
