Join a team of professionals as a Machine Operator.</p> <p>Staffmark Employee Benefits</p> <p>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance | Life Insurance | Short-term Disability | 401k Plans | Weekly Pay | Referral Bonus Potential | Employee Discount Programs</p> <p>Shift Options</p> <ul> <li>1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM | $17.25/hr. </li><li>2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM | $18.00/hr. </li><li>3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM | $19.00/hr. </li></ul> <p>Requirements | 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment + The ability to lift 30 pounds + Able to stand for the entire shift</p> <p>Machine Operator Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate molding machines and secondary equipment while meeting product quality and safety standards. </li><li>Inspect and assemble parts to meet customer specifications, identifying and addressing critical visual and dimensional defects. </li><li>Accurately package, label, and track products with correct counts and traceability. </li><li>Report defective parts, process malfunctions, or safety issues to the supervisor/lead operator. </li><li>Utilize route sheets, work instructions, and auxiliary equipment (e.g., sonic welders and heat sealers) to meet production requirements. </li><li>Maintain clean machines and work areas, record production and scrap counts, and follow HACCP and GMP guidelines. </li><li>Be flexible and available to work at both Somers and Ellington facilities.
