<p>Be a Strategic Partner</p> <p>We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a trusted advisor and key connector between our employees and leadership teams. In this role, you won't just support the business-you'll help drive it forward by aligning people strategies with company goals, championing change, and fostering a culture of growth and engagement.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary HR contact for designated facilities and business units </li><li>Provide expert guidance on talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development </li><li>Coach leaders through performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement strategies </li><li>Lead recruiting and hiring efforts for salaried, hourly, and non-exempt roles </li><li>Support union relations including grievance management, contract interpretation, and negotiations </li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices </li><li>Stay current on HR trends, technology, and legal changes to keep our people practices competitive and compliant </li><li>Help uphold and promote our Safety Always culture </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field </li><li>5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a unionized environment </li><li>Strong experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Deep knowledge of employment law and HR compliance </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn HRIS/LMS platforms </li><li>High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism </li><li>Willingness to travel regularly within the region </li></ul> <p>You will be part of a team that values collaboration, leadership, and continuous improvement.
