Join our committed team and help shape the future we envision.</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>We are currently seeking an Assistant Patient Care MGR for our Infusion Clinic located at our South Shore campus:</p> <p>The Assistant Patient Care Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of nursing operations,</p> <p>ensuring quality care for patients and their families. Mentors, serves as a resource, and provides support</p> <p>for staff and faculty on clinical nursing issues while meeting the department, nursing, and organization</p> <p>goals. Oversees clinical care performed by assigned nursing staff.</p> <p>Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in nursing or Associate's degree with BSN in</p> <p>process, to be completed within 4 years from date of hire.</p> <p>Preferred Education: Masters of Nursing</p> <p>LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current FL Nursing license and current BLS</p> <p>Minimum Experience Required</p> <p>Minimum three (3) years nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting</p> <p>Minimum Skills/Specialized Training Required</p> <p>Strong computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Advanced nursing skills; IV therapy,</p> <p>intervention with emergencies, teaching skills.
