<p>Salesforce Business Analyst</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>We're looking for an early-career Salesforce Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has foundational experience with the Salesforce platform-through a previous role, internship, or certification-and is ready to take the next step in their consulting career.</p> <p>You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to help define business needs, support solution design, and contribute to Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist in gathering and analyzing client business requirements </li><li>Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and documentation </li><li>Collaborate with consultants, developers, and project managers to support solution delivery </li><li>Participate in testing, training, and go-live activities </li><li>Attend client meetings and working sessions to understand business challenges and priorities </li><li>Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and project documentation </li><li>Continuously grow your Salesforce platform knowledge </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of experience working with Salesforce (as a business analyst, admin, intern, or junior consultant) </li><li>Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud </li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills </li><li>Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented </li><li>Experience working with clients or cross-functional teams a plus </li><li>Salesforce Administrator certification preferred (or in progress) </li></ul> <p>ABOUT US: OUR WORKPLACE IS FUN AND FAST-PACED</p> <p>We are Cervello.
