Our Load Planners are essential to our business as they support all front office operations with billing, dispatch, and equipment control operations.</p> <p>Shift: 8am-5pm</p> <p>Starting Pay: $35-$38/hr</p> <p>Primary responsibilities of a Load Planner include (but are not limited to):</p> <ul> <li>Entering customer orders and customer information (such as billing) into the computer system </li><li>Reporting customer orders to dispatch in a timely manner </li><li>Informing equipment control and dispatch of special customer needs when they arise </li><li>Printing export and import lists for dispatch and equipment control </li><li>Maintaining direct and indirect communications with customers via telephone, email, fax, etc. </li><li>Other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Experience in the trucking and/or intermodal transportation industry </li><li>Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, etc.) </li><li>Strong communication skills both verbal and written </li><li>Ability to prioritize and multitask </li><li>Organizational skills. </li></ul> <p>Join a growing company that offers a competitive starting wage, excellent benefits, and growth opportunities!
