<p>Business Execution Administrator</p> <p>West Des Moines Iowa 50266</p> <p>Hybrid- 3 days onsite</p> <p>Pay Range $28.00-$30.00 Hourly</p> <p>1 year contract</p> <p>Full Time W2</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:</p> <ul> <li>Support Business Execution; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with Business Execution impact. </li><li>Perform complex administrative support tasks. Provide support on escalated questions. Interact with client personnel on a wide range of information. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>4 plus years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills:</p> <ul> <li>High attention to detail and quality </li><li>Ability to execute step-by-step instructions and identify variances </li><li>Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills </li><li>Ability to take initiative </li><li>Ability to be successful while taking direction from a variety of people </li><li>Ability to adapt to changes to processes and scripts </li><li>Ability to execute in a fast-paced/high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities </li><li>Intermediate skills and knowledge of: MSP, Excel, Outlook, Word, Octane, SharePoint </li><li></li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $28.00 - $30.00</p> <p>The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
