<p>Summary: CCBank seeks an innovative and strategic Director of Information Technology & Innovation to join our leadership team. This role will oversee our technology infrastructure, emphasizing robust security, system reliability, and driving strategic technology initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in ITSM processes, automation of repetitive helpdesk tasks, Fortinet solutions, API integrations, and artificial intelligence (AI), positioning the bank effectively within a rapidly evolving financial landscape.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Strategic IT Leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a forward-thinking IT strategy aligned with CCBank's business objectives, regulatory compliance, and emerging technologies. </li><li>Identify and lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. </li></ul> <p>Infrastructure and ITSM Management:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the optimization and management of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, Fortinet systems, and data storage. </li><li>Champion the implementation and maturity of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and platforms, automating repetitive helpdesk tasks to improve service efficiency. </li></ul> <p>API Development and Integration:</p> <ul> <li>Direct the architecture and development of APIs facilitating seamless integration with fintech partners, third-party services, and internal applications. </li><li>Lead API lifecycle management, including selection and implementation of API management solutions to enhance security, scalability, and performance. </li></ul> <p>Artificial Intelligence and Innovation:</p> <ul> <li>Drive adoption and integration of AI technologies, leveraging machine learning, natural language processing, and advanced analytics to improve business outcomes. </li><li>Lead strategic AI initiatives including risk assessment, fraud prevention, operational automation, and predictive analytics. </li></ul> <p>Cybersecurity & Compliance:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee cybersecurity strategy, compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GLBA, PCI-DSS), and manage cybersecurity risks. </li><li>Collaborate with the Information Security Officer to enhance disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. </li></ul> <p>Project Management:</p> <ul> <li>Direct and oversee major IT projects including system upgrades, technology rollouts, and digital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. </li></ul> <p>Team Development & Management:</p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing IT team, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. </li></ul> <p>Vendor & Stakeholder Management:</p> <ul> <li>Manage external vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and maintain performance standards. </li></ul> <p>Budget & Resource Management:</p> <ul> <li>Develop, manage, and optimize the IT department budget, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control aligned with strategic priorities. </li></ul> <p>Data Management & Analytics:</p> <ul> <li>Strengthen data-driven decision-making capabilities by improving data governance, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence processes. </li></ul> <p>Technology Innovation:</p> <ul> <li>Proactively evaluate and advocate for emerging technologies, assessing their potential to enhance competitive advantage and service delivery. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CCSP) is highly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience: Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in IT management with at least three (3) years in a senior leadership role, ideally within the financial services sector.</p> </li><li> <p>Technical Skills:</p> </li><li> <p>Deep technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions (Databricks, Azure), ITSM platforms, and cybersecurity systems, including Fortinet solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven expertise in automation of repetitive helpdesk and IT service tasks to enhance operational efficiencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in API development and integration frameworks.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with AI tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, OpenAI, and cloud-based AI solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams, effectively manage cross-functional projects, and collaborate successfully with senior executives and stakeholders.</p> </li></ul>
