<p>Join Our Precision-Driven Team</p> <p>We are a leading tool and die shop specializing in high-quality Die Cast Dies and plastic injection molding. We're looking for a skilled Mold Maker or Upgrader to build, maintain, and enhance Die Cast Dies and injection molds used in production. If you take pride in craftsmanship, problem-solving, and working with tight tolerances, we want to hear from you.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Build and assemble new molds from blueprints or CAD files </li><li>Perform mold upgrades and modifications based on engineering changes or process improvements </li><li>Disassemble, troubleshoot molds to maintain production quality </li><li>Conduct preventative maintenance on tools and dies </li><li>Operate manual machines (mill, lathe, grinder) and Some CNC equipment </li><li>Ensure molds meet dimensional requirements </li><li>Collaborate with engineering and production teams on tooling solutions </li></ul> <p>Successful Candidates Will Have:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in mold making or tool and die for plastic injection molding </li><li>Strong knowledge of mold construction, fit, and function </li><li>Skilled in reading blueprints, CAD drawings, and tooling specifications </li><li>Tool & Die Maker certification or equivalent experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us:</p> <ul> <li>Opportunity to work on challenging and custom tooling projects </li><li>Clean, organized, and safety-focused shop </li><li>A team that values precision, quality, and innovation </li></ul> <p>Who We Are</p> <p>ArtiFlex Manufacturing designs and builds products and solutions for companies with tough challenges by employing people with a willingness and ability to be "Innovative.
