The candidate will leverage expertise to develop and implement research plans for antibody identification/optimization supporting all AbbVie's therapeutic areas. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with in vitro display technologies for therapeutic discovery and engineering, a proven track record generating novel synthetic libraries, and project leadership to advance early- and late-stage discovery programs. They should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable presenting in group settings, and having experience managing teams of 4 or more scientists.
