<p>Regions Hospital is seeking an experienced customer service professional to work in a benefit eligible, part-time position as a Guest Services Rep. This position will work evening shifts, 1230-2100 and every other weekend.</p> <p>As a Guest Services Rep you will work cooperatively with all hospital departments and clinics to deliver optimal service to patients, families, and guests with minimal supervision. To serve as a central point of contact by greeting and assisting all individuals entering the hospital to ensure the finest in hospitality and service is consistently provided from entry to exit. <em>Act as the primary resource for other hospital staff and to perform related duties as assigned. </em>Enhances Regions' customer service image by addressing the broad spectrum of needs, and/or concern and completes this in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.</p> <p>Work Schedule:</p> <p>Evenings. 1230-2100.
