<p>Brand Manager, Marketing</p> <p>As a key member of our tiered regional marketing team, the Branding Manager plays a vital role in shaping the identity and presence of each Heartland Dental supported office. This position focuses on crafting distinctive, market-relevant brand names and localized marketing strategies that set each supported office up for long-term success.</p> <p>Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations, the Branding Manager is responsible for crafting and executing brand positioning and awareness strategies for new De Novo dental offices, rebrands and relocations within our existing footprint, and newly affiliated practices. This high-impact role combines creative brand development with strategic marketing execution to ensure every office-whether new, reimagined, or newly affiliated-enters its market with a strong, differentiated, and locally resonant identity, all while upholding brand consistency across the broader organization.</p> <p>Heartland Dental is the nation's largest dental support organization, providing non-clinical administrative support services to more than 3,000 supported doctors across 39 states and the District of Columbia in over 1,800 dental offices. Each Heartland Dental supported office is unique to the community and the patients they serve. Supported doctors are the leaders of their practice and retain clinical autonomy. All Heartland Dental supported Doctors are united by a common goal: delivering the highest quality dental care and experiences to the communities they serve.</p> <p>In 2018, leading global investment firm, KKR, became a majority investor in Heartland Dental with Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan becoming a minority investor. These key relationships strengthen our company's stability and growth rate. With annual revenues exceeding $2.5 billion, we continue to expand our profitability and nationwide footprint. Growth is derived from same-office growth in addition to footprint expansion through new office development and new affiliations.</p> <p>Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct in-depth research and demographic analysis to inform the creation of unique, market-relevant office names that resonate with local communities </li><li>Lead the development of distinctive brand identities and narratives for new De Novo, rebranded, relocated, and newly affiliated dental offices </li><li>Customize branding strategies to reflect the unique patient demographics, competitive landscape, and growth potential of each office </li><li>Serve as a brand steward, ensuring all creative assets and messaging align with Heartland Dental's brand standards while capturing the authenticity of the local market </li><li>Collaborate with the web development team to build location-specific web content that reflects each office's unique brand voice and value proposition </li><li>Create tailored community marketing strategies that drive local awareness and engagement prior to each office's opening </li><li>Oversee marketing campaign development and review for compliance with brand and legal standards </li><li>Develop a deep understanding of each office's patient segments, community dynamics, and operational nuances to guide personalized marketing approaches </li><li>Act as a thought leader by identifying emerging marketing trends and grassroots opportunities to boost early brand exposure and patient acquisition </li><li>Champion the visibility and authenticity of each supported office, ensuring it launches with a strong presence and connection to the community it serves </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li>3+ years demonstrated professional growth in multi-unit organizations. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications or 6+ years of experience in Marketing </li><li>Ability to travel 10-15% </li><li>A strategic and creative thinker with a passion for building brands from the ground up. </li><li>Draw insight and take action from local market data - understanding local advertising, search and social media competitive dynamics to position Heartland supported offices pre-eminently </li><li>Demonstrated success operating In an Influence operating model where your relationships, ability to explain and support has Influenced decisions </li><li>Detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Experienced in naming, brand positioning, and localized marketing execution </li><li>Comfortable analyzing market data and applying insights to craft effective brand strategies </li><li>A strong communicator who excels at cross-functional collaboration and building trusted relationships </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
