<p>Ready Mix Truck Driver Duties and Responsibilities;</p> <ul> <li>Load your truck with ready mix concrete </li><li>Drive the concrete to the job site </li><li>Help unload the mixed concrete </li><li>Inspect your truck for mechanical issues </li><li>Perform or outsource maintenance </li></ul> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma/GED. </li><li>Have a minimum of 6 months Operator experience. </li><li>Must have a CDL Class A license with Tanker endorsement </li><li>Willing to do labor work </li><li>Ability to work as a Team Member and work in a professional manner and a positive attitude </li><li>Motivated self-starter and ability to manage multiple tasks. </li><li>Ability to work safely under pressure with time constraints in a changing environment. </li><li>Frequent cross body movements such as bending, climbing into equipment, lifting (up to 75lbs), twisting, standing, balancing, stooping, handling materials, moving around hazardous sites. </li><li>Good Eye to Hand coordination a must.
