<p>Kforce's client, a pioneering global technology firm in Marlborough, MA, is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer (Model-Based Systems Engineering - MBSE) to support mission-critical projects involving Information Assurance (IA) and secure system design. This is a high-impact role within a collaborative, cross-functional engineering team.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and support systems engineering activities focused on Information Assurance (IA), including the analysis of security architectures and conducting vulnerability assessments </li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex security challenges and implement robust, scalable solutions </li><li>Analyze system requirements and contribute to multiple product release cycles using tools such as DOORS </li><li>Define and allocate security requirements, assess vulnerabilities, and support certification and compliance initiatives </li><li>Develop and maintain security-related documentation in a team-oriented development environment* 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in security-focused projects </li><li>Proficiency in requirements analysis and documentation, particularly using DOORS or similar tools </li><li>Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) </li><li>Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field </li><li>Solid understanding of systems architecture principles to support security-focused design (preferred) </li></ul>
