<p>What is the Opportunity?</p> <p>Ovivo is looking for a part-time Project Manager Intern to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. That kind of experience goes on to open doors and opportunity for years to come.</p> <p>The intern will work closely with more experienced Project Managers and interface with many departments, including Product Support, Engineering, and Project Management. They will work on OVIVO's line of Process Aeration products, aiding in the implementation of wastewater solutions.</p> <p>This is a part-time internship (15-20 hours a week, flexible schedule) available for immediate hire, with opportunity for extension.</p> <p>What is the role?</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support to project teams, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination </li><li>Assist in organizing QA testing and documents </li><li>Identify and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, and escalations </li><li>Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are on scope, schedule, and within budget </li><li>Proactively communicate with sponsors, team members, and stakeholders </li><li>Review customer specifications and produce summaries of equipment/delivery requirements </li><li>Produce detailed project documentation and draft responses to customer comments </li><li>Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures </li><li>Other duties may be assigned as required </li></ul> <p>Does this sound like you?</p> <ul> <li>Enrolled in ABET accredited engineering program OR holding high school diploma with 1-2 years of experience directly related to customer service </li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documentation </li><li>Well-developed mathematical skills </li><li>Good communication skills </li><li>MS Office skills </li><li>Ability to understand English at advanced level via written and verbal communication </li></ul> <p>Don't meet every single requirement?
