This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and travel arrangements efficiently. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling the executive to focus on strategic priorities.</p> <p>How you'll make an impact</p> <p>Calendar Management:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the CEO's calendar with precision, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. </li><li>Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts. </li><li>Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings by organizing agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups. </li></ul> <p>Travel Coordination:</p> <ul> <li>Plan and execute complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. </li><li>Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel logistics align with the CEO's preferences and business needs. </li><li>Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot travel-related issues promptly. </li></ul> <p>Communication and Correspondence:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing incoming communications and prioritizing urgent matters. </li><li>Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO. </li><li>Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. </li></ul> <p>Administrative Support:</p> <ul> <li>Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for the CEO. </li><li>Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, executive presentations, and other high-level engagements. </li><li>Manage expense reports and ensure timely reconciliation. </li></ul> <p>Relationship Management:</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners. </li><li>Represent the CEO professionally in interactions with stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Special Projects:</p> <ul> <li>Support the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and special projects as needed. </li><li>Conduct research and provide insights to aid decision-making. </li></ul> <p>About You</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives. </li><li>Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. </li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). </li><li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. </li><li>Experience in managing complex travel arrangements and schedules. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with travel management tools and scheduling software. </li><li>Background in insurance, risk management, or related industries is a plus. </li></ul> <p>#LI-KF1</p> <p>Compensation and benefits</p> <p>We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
