<p>Job Description</p> <p>JOB TITLE: Director of Sales - Walmart</p> <p>LOCATION: Bentonville, AR (on-site)</p> <p>REPORTS TO: Sr. Director of Sales, Mass & Club</p> <p>STATUS: Full-Time</p> <p>SCOPE</p> <p>The Director of Sales - Walmart is responsible for leading the strategic growth, profitability, and customer engagement for the Walmart business. This role will serve as the primary leader of the Walmart business, driving revenue, expanding distribution, and strengthening partnerships through data-driven selling, category leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Lead the Walmart business, developing and executing sales strategies to deliver revenue and share growth </li><li>Build strong relationships with key Walmart stakeholders and influence across merchandising and category teams </li><li>Identify and execute new item launches, promotions, and distribution opportunities </li><li>Leverage data and analytics (e.g., Scintilla and Walmart Connect) to drive fact-based selling and business insights </li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver customer solutions </li><li>Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>8-12+ years of sales experience, with strong Walmart </li><li>Proven track record of delivering growth in a CPG or retail environment </li><li>Advanced analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills </li><li>Experience with retail analytics tools and financial management </li><li>Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field required </li><li>Core knowledge base of the Scintilla reporting system and WMC partnerships </li><li>Strong business management skills, creative thinking, and demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills </li><li>Capability to lead, manage, and develop strategies for sales and category share growth </li><li>Possess strategic thinking, leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills </li><li>Advanced organization, prioritization, and time management skills </li><li>Intermediate or higher level computer skills, with emphasis on MS Office suite </li><li>Knowledge of the industry and related key players, vendors, and people </li><li>Expert at managing ambiguous situations </li><li>The ability to travel to customer appointments </li></ul>
