<p>Kforce has a client in McLean, VA that is seeking a SAP Payroll Analyst.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support and maintain SAP payroll systems with a focus on back-end functionality </li><li>Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot payroll-related system components </li><li>Act as a subject matter expert for SAP payroll architecture and design </li><li>Partner with IT and Finance stakeholders on system enhancements and upgrades </li><li>Support integrations, controls, and system documentation </li><li>Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives* Senior-level SAP Payroll Analyst experience, specifically on the back end </li><li>Exposure to payroll system design or architecture </li><li>Experience supporting or leading payroll system enhancements or implementations </li><li>Candidates who are not full SAP architects, but are capable of growing into that level are encouraged to apply </li><li>Strong understanding of SAP payroll configuration and system architecture </li><li>Experience working in a technical or systems-oriented payroll role </li><li>Ability to partner cross-functionally with IT and Finance teams </li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills </li></ul>
