This internship program offers undergraduate students with real-world application of business within the North America Shared Services organization. You will participate in an 11-week internship located in Parsippany, New Jersey for 32-40 hours per week with a hybrid schedule.</p> <p>As a junior level End User Services (EUS) Intern, you will be responsible for performing basic ticket administration, follow ups with our customers on pending tickets, basic administration tasks on systems and software. Laptop builds as well as some level 1 trouble shooting can be performed where appropriate.</p> <p>Successful completion of the internship program could lead to a return internship for the following summer or employment at the organization in the future.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide administrative support to the L2 EUS team with regards to ticket management and tirage</p> </li><li> <p>Provide support in office with regards to laptop build procedure and configuration / packing of laptops</p> </li><li> <p>Take regular inventory of laptops in storage to ensure loaner pool is functional</p> </li><li> <p>Perform basic 1st level trouble shooting of incidents with instruction and direction from L2 team</p> </li><li> <p>Follow SOPs to complete provisioning requests as per direction from L2 team</p> </li><li> <p>Complete floor walks in office to ensure correction functioning and layout of equipment including meeting room setups</p> </li><li> <p>Other tasks will be assigned by senior members of L2 and EUS manager as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY:</p> <p>Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.</p> <p>Education/Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>Currently or preparing to pursue an undergraduate degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to accept training and instruction from members of the L2 team</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to learn and have a can-do attitude</p> </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS:</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment </li><li>Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals </li><li>Networking opportunities within the industry </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:</p> <p>With or without reasonable accommodation, a candidate must have the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions described.
