<p>Job Summary:</p> <ul> <li>Optimize teaching methods for instructors with a student focus </li><li>Available for AHA class management and teach if necessary </li><li>Continued equipment support and maintenance </li><li>Understand trends in adult learning/training and create presentations to peers </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree or higher </li><li>2 Years EMS experience and 2 years education in a medical setting or similar experience. </li><li>Must be qualified to be a BLS instructor within 6 months of hire </li><li>Knowledge and experience in working with AHA </li><li>Experience in Word, Excel, and Power Point or equivalent </li><li>Excellent organizational skills </li><li>People/problem solving skills and diplomacy </li><li>Must be able to lift a 50 lb. manikin </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of data bases or data base management </li><li>Basic repair skills of equipment </li><li>Bachelor's or higher level degree preferred </li></ul> <p>Work Days:</p> <p>Self scheduling with some restrictions start times for classes can be as early as 7:00 a.m. A few classes each year will start at 4:00 p.m. ending about 8:00 p.m.</p> <p>Message to Applicants:</p> <p>L1: $60,406 - $64,272</p> <p>Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only.
