We are dedicated to providing the highest quality specialized care designed to meet the patients' unique needs with the goal of optimizing independence and quality of life. Our attractive and comprehensive benefits package is designed to meet the needs of our employees.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Provide physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence who have physical impairments, functional limitations or disabilities resulting from injury, disease or other causes. Patients may range in age from birth to over 100 years.
