<p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Signage Execution </li></ul> <p>o Coordinate ordering and delivery of signage for scheduled remodels, new store openings, and bedding or electronics campaigns.</p> <p>o Brief in-store campaign POP assets, including signage placement and in-store video assets.</p> <p>o Work with marketing to ensure all signage aligns with brand strategy and meets established standards.</p> <p>o Maintain mattress gallery standards guide.</p> <ul> <li>Vendor & Store Coordination </li></ul> <p>o Partner with construction team, merchants and vendors confirm timely shipment and arrival of marketing materials.</p> <p>o Communicate with store teams to ensure proper POP placement and adherence to visual standards.</p> <ul> <li>Store Audits & Compliance </li></ul> <p>o Conduct store audits to verify compliance with bedding and electronics visual standards.</p> <p>o Provide detailed recaps and action plans for stores needing updates or corrections.</p> <ul> <li>Order Management </li></ul> <p>o Process bedding request forms submitted by stores for missing items required to meet standards.</p> <p>o Place orders for additional signage or materials as needed to maintain compliance.</p> <ul> <li>-- </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising or related field (or equivalent experience). </li><li>3+ years of experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, or related role. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. </li><li>Excellent communication and vendor management skills. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools a plus. </li><li>Ability to travel for store audits and openings 50% of the time. </li><li>-- </li></ul> <p>Key Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Detail-oriented and highly organized. </li><li>Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills. </li><li>Collaborative team player with ability to work cross-functionally. </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. </li></ul>
