Reporting to the Administrative Specialist III of Basic Needs Resources The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the Center.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Completion of the 12th grade or equivalent. </li><li>Minimum 1 year of full-time experience working in an Administrative Support role. </li></ul> <p>Application Procedure</p> <p>Complete application packets will be accepted until the position is filled; however, applications submitted by 11:59 p.m. (PST) on the listed Close Date are assured consideration. San Antonio College online application.</p> </li><li> <p>A cover letter describing how the applicant meets the required education and experience.</p> </li><li> <p>A detailed resume that summarizes educational preparation and professional experience for the position.</p> </li></ol> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ol> <li>Office Management: </li></ol> <ul> <li>Maintain office supply inventory and notify Admin Specialist if items need to be ordered. </li><li>Assist in communicating if there is a facilities management workorder that needs to be submitted. </li><li>Creating a welcoming environment as personnel, campus partners and students enter the center. </li></ul> <ol start="2"> <li>Data Management: </li></ol> <ul> <li>Update and maintain spreadsheets, and records. </li><li>Compile and analyze data as needed. </li><li>Ensure data integrity and confidentiality. </li></ul> <ol start="3"> <li>Support Team Operations: </li></ol> <ul> <li>Assist in organizing program events and team-building activities. </li><li>Collaborate with other departments as necessary. </li><li>Provide backup support for other administrative roles as needed. </li></ul> <ol start="4"> <li>Student and Visitor Relations: </li></ol> <ul> <li>Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner. Front Desk </li><li>Check in students to their appts with Student Navigators, CM or Leads. </li><li>Assist with Student walk-ins and provide information on the services BNR provides </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in MS Office Suite and other office management software. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication abilities. </li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li></ul> <p>License(s) & Other Requirements Working Environment: Physical Demands Hazards Conditions of Employment</p> <p>The person holding this position is required to be present on Mt.
