This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive and support business decisions through data insights. In addition to maintaining precise records, this role will provide administrative support to the Senior Director, Customer Experience. The Data Analyst will thrive in autonomy, manage confidential information with discretion, excel at summarizing data for impactful decision-making, and is expected to remain current on all PFX and CX processes and business. The individual in this role regularly develops and presents data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, influencing business decisions and process improvements.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Hybrid schedule, 3 days in office per week at our Pawtucket, RI HQ.</p> <p>Pay Range: $27-31/hr, based on experience.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Manage and interpret data of varying sizes and complexity into meaningful insights that inform planning, forecasting, and decision-making </li><li>Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, & insights using various tools for data manipulation, reporting, and visualization in an easy-to-understand format </li><li>Facilitate reporting and audit guidance to the Customer Experience team and share outcomes with the CX Leadership team by categorizing and summarizing feedback </li><li>Create and maintain reports on key metrics and performance tracking on a regular and ad-hoc basis </li><li>Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to provide audit and quality assurance support </li><li>Provide reporting for CX and retailers as scheduled or requested </li><li>Support the Snr. Director, CX with other reporting and audits as needed, including analysis of current and future projects </li><li>Collaborate within CX and across departments to lead data-driven labor planning and optimize operational staffing </li><li>Offer guidance and solutions for data-related issues or challenges </li><li>Sit in on high-level meetings to quickly follow up and provide data needed to execute next steps </li><li>Assist the CX Managers, Supervisors, and Trainer with metrics to support new hire onboarding, performance plans, and accountabilities </li><li>Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve team efficiency </li><li>Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure data deliverables align with business objectives </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively in a professional environment </li><li>Experience with Google Suite, Excel, Infor, HubSpot, Tableau, Phocas, PowerApps (preferred), and queries </li><li>Advanced level of Excel and Google Sheets knowledge (non-exhaustive list: data cleaning; pivot tables; reference lookups & logic; advanced functions & approaches including nested ifs, forecast, correlations, std. deviations, etc.; advanced charts; data validation; conditional formatting; PowerQuery) </li><li>Able to concisely interpret data and provide recommendations that impact business decisions, with minimal direction while ensuring quality and integrity of work and meeting deadlines </li><li>Basic proficiency in SQL, R, Python or platform-specific queries to extract, transform, and analyze data a plus </li><li>Demonstrates understanding of PFX, PFX teams, and operating procedures and maintains discretion when necessary </li><li>Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, summarization, and recommendations </li><li>Work both autonomously and in a collaborative team environment </li><li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field such as Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>1+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field preferred.
