<p>Job Title: I&E Technician</p> <p>Location: Appleton / Green Bay / Fox Valley, WI</p> <p>Pay: $33 - $38/hr</p> <p>Type: Contract + W2 benefits (Medical, 401(k), PTO, Paid Holidays)</p> <p>Industry: RNG Utilities</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>The I&E Technician will support the installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of instrumentation, electrical, and control systems across multiple facilities in Wisconsin. This role works with a wide range of technologies including PLCs, motor controls, SCADA systems, and industrial communication networks.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform system and plant operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting </li><li>Install, repair, and maintain instrumentation and electrical equipment </li><li>Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs for electrical and instrumentation systems </li><li>Operate and maintain gas chromatographs and moisture analyzers </li><li>Perform minor and major electrical and software maintenance </li><li>Maintain accurate records related to shutdowns, inspections, and safety checks </li><li>Ensure all process safety management (PSM) documentation remains accurate and up to date </li><li>Operate and maintain a company vehicle in a safe and professional manner </li><li>Maintain tools and equipment issued to the technician </li><li>Participate in on-call rotation and work weekends as required </li><li>Order electrical and electronic components as needed to support operations </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Five (5) years of applicable experience, or a combination of relevant education and hands-on experience </li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision </li><li>Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills / Technical Knowledge</p> <ul> <li>Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Word, Excel) </li><li>Adobe or similar PDF software for documenting schematic changes </li><li>SCADA systems experience, including Ignition SCADA and HMI design </li><li>AMI Command Center (moisture analyzers and low-range H2S detection) </li><li>Knowledge of mobile VPNs, Ethernet networks, and remote connectivity </li><li>Experience with RealVNC Viewer or similar VNC tools </li><li>Studio 5000 / Logix Designer </li><li>EtherNet/IP Address Commissioning Tool or BootP-DHCP </li><li>Connected Components Workbench (VFDs and soft starters). </li><li>ABB PCCU software for NGC access </li></ul> <p>This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including TN, E-3, H-1B, or O-1, now or in the future</p> <p>#LI-AD1</p>
