<p>General Summary</p> <p>Assist with loading cars, sweeping & cleaning the front of the store, collecting carts from the parking lot and other basic work.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <p>Customer Service</p> <ul> <li>Provide a positive representation of Bill's Ace Hardware. </li><li>Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates. </li><li>Assist customers with carry outs and loading of their vehicles. </li></ul> <p>Store Operations</p> <ul> <li>Ensure the front of the store is clean and accessible for customers. </li><li>Be professional in appearance and actions. </li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50-80 lbs) to load cars/trucks, climbing ladders</p> <p>Time Commitment Options - Full Time or Part Time Available!</p> <p>Part Time Requires one of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Work both Saturday and Sunday - 16 hours OR </li><li>Work (5) 4 hour weekday afternoon/evening shifts - 20 hours </li></ul> <p>Overtime is paid on more than 8 hours in a day</p> <p>Location - We are hiring for both locations!</p> <ul> <li>Concord, CA - 4451 Clayton Rd </li><li>Martinez, CA - 3610 Pacheco Blvd </li></ul> <p>Notice to Applicant about this Employer</p> <p>You are applying for a job with an independently owned cooperative member of Ace Hardware Corporation, who operates this Ace Hardware store, not Ace Hardware Corporation.
