With 170 offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world's leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).</p> <p>A day in the life.</p> <p>As our Client Representative on the Business Insurance team, you'll:</p> <ul> <li>Process endorsements, audits, renewals, MVR requests, endorsement requests, certificate requests and other related tasks as needed. </li><li>Invoice endorsements, audits, renewals and new business accurately. </li><li>Compare and update schedules </li><li>Backup for phone and mail duties as needed </li><li>Updating computer database as needed. </li><li>Assist Account Managers and other Associate Account Managers as needed. </li><li>Ensures confidentially of information acquired. </li><li>Provide administrative support including photocopying, faxing, scanning for email and filing. </li><li>Consistently strives to make a positive contribution to customer satisfaction. </li></ul> <p>Our future colleague.</p> <p>We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent, some insurance courses preferred. </li><li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, simple business correspondence, short correspondence and memos. </li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. </li><li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions </li><li>Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. </li><li>Ability to organize, streamline and prioritize workflow. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
