<p>Position: HR Business Partner</p> <p>Location: San Francisco, CA</p> <p>Human Resource:</p> <p>At Sephora, our people create and drive our success. We strongly believe (and our actions prove it!) that our people are our best asset, and we work every day to arm them with the knowledge and tools not just to get the job done, but to feel inspired and fearless while doing it.</p> <p>Your role at Sephora:</p> <p>As an HR Business Partner, you will be an advisor and thought partner to executives and leaders to elevate people strategies. You will provide leadership and partnership to management and employees to deliver a spectrum of strategic and tactical HR support and programs, which are aligned with Sephora's financial and talent goals. Reporting to the Senior Director, HR Business Partner, you will take ownership and accountability for key business departments and provide recommendations to guide decision-making related to compensation, organizational structures, retention, and other employee-related activities. In addition, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Drive change through data-based insights and influence. Serve as change champion in support of HR/Talent initiatives and functional strategy. </li><li>Design organization structures that are efficient and built to address the company's business strategies, including D&I. </li><li>Orchestrate and facilitate client group and executive programs, including assimilations, action-planning, succession planning/talent reviews, career conversations, and employee development. </li><li>Coach leadership and employees on policy and procedure, conflict resolution, and change management to promote fair and equitable work environment </li><li>Deploy appropriate tools to develop and engage leaders, building a diverse bench, identify 360 assessment & executive coaching needs; assess training needs for teams and leadership development. </li><li>Evaluate and provide input on rewards and recognition with cross-functional partners: educate clients on compensation practices and partner with culture and benefits teams to ensure competitive packages. </li><li>Partner with Leadership and Employee Relations on matters of counseling, performance improvement, and disciplinary action. </li><li>Partner with the Leave of Absence team and the Leave of Absence Administrator on Leaves and accommodations </li><li>Lead and contribute to HR initiatives with stakeholders throughout HR </li><li>Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative. </li></ul> <p>We're excited about you if you have:</p> <ul> <li>5 - 8 years' of experience in an HR Business Partner oriented role; experience in retail a plus. </li><li>In depth knowledge of industry practices & standards, as well as an eye on trends and future opportunities </li><li>Demonstrated ability to listen and influence senior executives </li><li>Experience working in a collaborative environment; high level of follow through and accountability. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills; proactive communicator able to influence and encourage innovation </li><li>Resilient and adapts quickly to changing factors </li><li>Strong problem-solver with the ability to handle sensitive/confidential information. </li></ul> <p>#LI-KB1</p>
